Hoping a brave Aussie MP will get this Report incorporated into the Hansard to trigger the discussion Australia must have about ending mandatory detention of asylum seekers who come by boat. Discriminatory enforcement as the first resort, must end. Persecution of asylum seekers, most (80% +) of whom are refugees when assessed, must cease. We have 31 000 “boatpeople” living in hell… incarcerated or in limbo, without the right to work, separated from vulnerable loved ones . Fair Australia is a bad joke.
